lets be wildflowers,

let our souls be scattered by the wind.

let us grow, wild and free,

tall and brave,

in the place that we dream,

in the places where our longings are filled.

let us grow between the cracks of brokenness,

and we will make everything beautiful.

The Ladies Behind it

Aly

" I grew up on a big farm and ranch operation in Central Alberta and loved every minute of it! I am a country girl through and through and even now I live in the “middle of nowhere” surrounded by my animals. I spend my time riding my horses, working in my yard and garden, hunting, fishing and enjoying wine and cheese nights with my girlfriends!  I am always up for adventure and enjoy trying new things, especially if my people are willing to try too. I currently work as a Licensed Practical Nurse; my compassionate and outgoing personality make it easy for me to care for people and my love for a challenge drives me to assist in their healing.

During the last few years, I have dedicated my life around holistic wellness. I believe that to be able to feel our best we need to focus on having balance and using moderation in daily life. I am passionate about educating myself, and others, about holistic nutrition and alternative healing. The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition is where my education for Holistic Nutrition began and is still continuing. Also, by actively seeking guidance and learning from naturopaths, healers, and energy workers has been key to my being able to effectively help others. I have suffered from gastrointestinal issues and anxiety  most of my life, which allows me to relate to and understand my client’s concerns better and I am motivated to see them succeed. I am happy to say that through these means and trusting my intuition I have been able to improve the status of my mind, body, and soul and can’t wait to share with, and help, all of you!

"I am a BC Born girl who moved to Alberta just over 6 years ago to be with my now husband! I live in a tiny little town in the middle of nowhereville called Cadogan and when I’m not working I spend most of my free time with my horses! I have ridden and competed all my life and started teaching and training about 14 years ago. If I’m not at a rodeo, barrel race or training at home, you’ll likely find me dancing my ass off with my friends during an adventure or curled up with Netflix or a good personal development book! (I clearly like variety lol)

I’d describe myself as a  positive, funny, non-judgmental individual who values genuine people and experiences!  Although I have bad days, I’m good at finding the silver lining in situations and I think that’s probably one of the reasons I obtained my Human Services Diploma in college and what lead me to pursue empowerment and 'Life" coaching!

I guess that and my love for helping people. I want to really know people and their stories! I want to empathize with them, support them and help them discover their strengths so they don’t go through life questioning who they are, where they’re at and what they should be doing! I know that feeling and it’s like a constant pit in your stomach! Yuck…NOT fun!

W4W has already brought so much joy and purpose into my life and I can’t wait to show you all what Aly and I have in store down the road!

Here’s to all the beautiful and genuine experiences to come"
